Well, wonder no longer, with our latest Chef’s Secrets recipe! 

For this recipe, you will need…

For the Mango Salta

230g Mango (diced)
240g Cucumber (peeled, cored, and diced)
2 Spring Onions (split, julienne)
4g Fresh Mint Leaves (minced)
Lime (zest & juice)
½ Red Chilli (deseeded, pith removed, minced)
Pinch Salt

For the Crab Mayonnaise

100g Brown Crab Meat
1 Egg Yolk
40ml Cider Vinegar
1tsp English Mustard
400ml Vegetable Oil

For the Chicken Crisp

Chicken Skin
Table Salt
Smoked Paprika
